Heidi Franklin is a visual artist living on Dja Dja Wurrung country in Bendigo, Victoria.

Her artworks are inspired by the Celtic illuminations of her ancestry, the Tanzanian batiks of her childhood, and the Art Nouveau movement of the late 1800s.

Working primarily with paint and ink, Heidi weaves historical, cultural and mystical imagery together with meaningful moments derived from nature, literature and everyday life.
